If you plan on arriving outside of our normal daily hours of 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., call us at +1 808 923-8414 prior to your stay for arrival instructions.
All rooms are non-smoking, including the balcony/lanai. Per City and County regulations, smoking is only permitted on the street level at least 20 feet (6 meters) from any entrance or window. This includes vaping and cigars. Marijuana is prohibited on the property.
There are no resort fees. A cleaning fee will be charged for your stay. If you have pre-paid your stay, this fee will be collected at check-in using any major credit card. Please note that daily housekeeping is currently not offered. The cleaning fee applies to check-out cleaning services.
Cribs can be provided for $20 plus tax per night, depending on availability.
There is an outdoor pool located on the first level, but no Jacuzzi. No lifeguard is present.

While pets are allowed on the property, they aren't permitted in this room.
Teddy's Bigger Burgers (1st floor, 10 a.m. 9 p.m. daily) and Hula's Bar & Lei Stand (2nd floor bar to 2 a.m., kitchen to 9 p.m.) both serve casual fare and pupus.
Many off-site restaurants are within a short stroll, ranging from casual to fine dining.
We invite you to sample the many dining choices available in Waikiki. There are several 24-hour and late night food options. We don't currently provide room service.

App-based Uber and Lyft rideshare is available. Car rentals, shuttles, taxis, and public transit are available in Waikiki. TheBus lines 2, 3, 12, 19, 20, 23, 42, 98A, W1, W2, and W3 stop 250 feet west of the hotel on Kapahulu Avenue. The new Honolulu Skyline light rail runs between East Kapolei and Aloha Stadium. Airport and downtown stations are scheduled to open in 2025 and 2031, respectively.
While we don't offer any transpiration services, a multitude of services, including Uber and Lyft are available. Although this is paradise, traffic congestion can be heavy. Allow sufficient travel time. You might consider one of these shuttle options (we have no affiliation):
